… I suppose I’ll have to make ’em.

Imperfectly shaped gets retooled as “lovingly hand-crafted.” I ain’t no chocolate expert.

In other notes,
• these required more cream and less stirring than the Instructables instructions I followed;
• Cointreau and Meyer zest is the obvious best;
• And sadly, the bourbon in the bourbon-coffee truffles (the hairball-looking ones) is undetectable. Still, knowing it’s there makes them better.
